Author Catherine Simpson recently released memoir When I Had A Little Sister gathered lots of praise for its honest and heartbreaking account of growing up in a farming family not accustomed to talking about emotions, and of Catherine’s search for understanding into what led her younger sister to kill herself at 46.
Mara Menzies is a Kenyan-Scottish storyteller of international renown. Based in Edinburgh, she has performed in over 10 countries in just the last two years and has a deeply held passion for bringing intimate storytelling to a 21st century audience.
