Down to Summerside today to meet Laurie Stevens, with their second Edinburgh Fringe show. Following on from last year’s debut with “David’s One Night Stand…”, we are introduced to Gerald Lloyd-Davies, an “aspiring national treasure and quintessential luvvie” looking back on his long career with the audience, before this look at his own life opens up a closer examination of moving with the times and what happens when you can no longer change to meet the world.

We talk about the development of a character and exploring their growth, the armour you need as a performer at the Fringe, and what happens next for Laurie and Gerald.
